Replacement 3.0mm round mandrel for the PEPE Jump Ring Maker.
This mandrel can also be used alone for those looking for a single mandrel of a precise size. It does not feature a "pilot" hole for holding the wire end in place when you begin coiling. Pressure from your hand or, in the case of small wire, slipping the wire end into the mandrel holding chuck will easily work for starting a coil.
