This economy mandrel is great for forming and shaping solid bangles. The steel construction makes it perfect for heavy work. This mandrel is 8-7/8" long and has a 1-7/8" tang that can be held in a vise.
The size on this oval mandrel range from 2-5/8" x 2-3/8" down to 1-7/8" x 1-3/8".
Note that although the mandrel is steel, it is not solid. It would be insanely heavy if it were.
