ECONOMY STEEL RING MANDREL
Solid steel mandrels for checking the size of rings. The steel is strong enough to handle blows from a hammer when shaping or sizing. This mandrel features engraved markings for ring sizes 1 to 15 (US) in 1/4 sizes.
Overall length is approximately 13".
This is a very nice entry-level mandrel.
I would recommend this mandrel as a sizer and not so much as a production mandrel due to the fairly light etching of the numbers. Other than the etching not being dark or deep enough for my application, the quality is good. I like that this mandrel has the larger sizes too.
