18-Punch Bezel Setting / Burnisher Set
This kit brings together 18 concave steel punches, precisely hardened and polished, ideal for closing round bezels around stones (roughly up to 5–6 mm) without scratching or marring.

Each punch is concave on the tip and arranged in a polished hardwood box with etched millimeter markings above each slot so you can see at a glance which size you’re grabbing.

How to use it (for hobbyists & bench makers):
* Select a punch that is about 10–25% larger than your bezel’s external diameter (smaller stones need less wiggle room).
* Clamp the bezel & stone securely (bench block, holding tool, etc.).
* Use the concave face of the punch to gently rotate around the bezel edge, gradually pushing the bezel metal inward until it hugs the stone.
* For harder metals or tougher settings, you can also carefully tap the punch with a light hammer to apply force in measured increments.

Because the punches are polished inside, they’re less likely to scratch your bezels, but for ultra-fine finish, you may want to polish the inside faces yourself before use.
