These gold filled head pins are straight pieces of wire with one flat end (much like a nail head). This flat end acts as a stop when threading beads on to the pin. A variety of lengths are available, but longer ones can be cut down in a pinch with side cutters if the situation requires.
Head pins are often used to dangle beads from earrings, bracelets and necklaces. These gold filled head pins feature .020" (24 gauge/.5mm) and is 1.5" long.
