• We are not the biggest.  We don't want to be.  We feel the bigger you are, the more the customer suffers.  We don't want our customers to become just a number.

• We are not deep discounters.  We find the deep discounter only offers price, nothing else.  We have good prices, but we also offer service, stock, same day shipping, toll-free phone and fax numbers, e-mail, and a 27,000+ item inventory.

• We are not fly-by-night.  If 25 years in business does not show it, then our list of vendors should.  We handle products from Edenta, Kerr Manufacturing, Grobet File Co., Castaldo, Gem Oro, PEPE Tools, Renata Batteries,  Smith Equipment, Krohn Industries, Handler, Eurotool, Newall Manufacturing and Foredom Electric, just to name a few.

• We not a company that will tell you what you want to hear just to make the sale.  If we don't have it or we can't get it, we will tell you.  If we think you are not buying the right tool, we will let you know.   We want repeat customers.

• We are not a tool clearing house that doesn't stock anything, drop-ships everything, and supports nothing.  Our longevity and our vast inventory should attest to that.

What we are...

• We are a company dedicated to providing good products and good service at a good price.

• We are a company that stocks the items it advertises.  We do not post items on our web site if they are not regular inventory items.

• We are a working supply house with an 12,000sq. ft. warehouse/showroom.

• We are a stocking supplier.  We can sell you the machine and we can provide the accessories and supplies you will need later.   If you buy a polisher, we also can provide the buffs, rouge, spindles, filters, and other items when you need them.  What good is a supplier that only sells the "big ticket" items to make the sale?

• We are not a company that just handles tools.  We also carry economy displays and gift boxes, recloseable plastic bags, Renata watch batteries, basic findings, solder, gold and silver wire and stock, and more.

• We are a company that can offer same day shipping on orders received before 3:30pm ET.
