Terms: Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or COD/Cash. Other payment methods must be pre-approved by FDJ/On Time. All orders must be accompanied by customer name, mailing address, billing address, and telephone number.
Shipping:Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders.
Back Orders: Items not currently in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested. Backorders receive priority when restocking shipments arrive. Backordered items will be indicated on the invoice.
Damaged Shipments: If a shipment is damaged, opened, or tampered with in transit, YOU must contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. Retain all cartons and packaging materials until after an inspection of the damaged shipment has been made.
Returns: We will take returns on merchandise provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We will not take returns on special order items, video tapes, CD's, DVD's or discontinued items. A return authorization number must be obtained from FDJ/On Time. This number must be placed on the outside of the package (next to the label is best). Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization number. Returns must be packed in a sturdy carton or box. Even small objects should not be placed in an envelope. Returns without an authorization number or not packed in a box will be refused. The returns should include a copy of the invoice of sale and a note of explanation. All shipping and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns made within seven (7) days may be
returned for refund. Returns made within thirty (30) days may be returned for credit toward future purchases. Returns made after thirty (30) days will incur a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of FDJ/On Time. No returns will be accepted after ninety (90) days.
Warranties: All warranties, expressed or implied, lie with the product's manufacturer.
Special Orders: All special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged on all orders within the state of Florida, unless we have the appropriate tax exempt information on file.
Product Usage: Products sold by FDJ/On Time are for use by professional tradespeople only, and not for use in the household. Those not knowledgeable with the use of electrical, high temperature, grinding, and high speed equipment or hazardous materials should not purchase such items since misuse can be dangerous to health and property.
Miscellaneous: FDJ/On Time is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
