For all commercial addresses, UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every
ground package you ship within the 48 contiguous states. For guaranteed
day-definite delivery schedules, please use the
Transit Times or view a
map based on your origin postal code. Scheduled delivery days are revised from time to time as changes in technology, distribution, and volume occur.
UPS does not deliver on weekend days.
Service for Customers Located in Alaska
Alaska -- 48 State Ground is available from certain points to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
Intra-Alaska Ground is available between certain points within Alaska.
Service for Customers Located in Hawaii
Hawaii -- 48 State Ground is a time-definite service available to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
Intra-Oahu Ground provides next-business-day delivery to and from every address on Oahu.

UPS Economy Air
- The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days
(weekends and holidays excluded) to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.

UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day
(weekends and holidays excluded). This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.
UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.

UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day
(weekends and holidays excluded) depending on destination.
Should delivery on Saturday be required, your order must be placed by telephone
to assured proper coding of your packaging. Furthermore Saturday delivery
can only be made by UPS Next Day Air. There is a $10.00 service charge for
Saturday delivery in addition to Overnight freight charges.
For customers located in Hawaii, Inter-Island Air offers next-business-day service for priority shipments to all addresses in Hawaii.
NOTE: Only UPS next day air is
guaranteed. All other shipping methods arrive in the specified times in most cases, however, in cases of delays, UPS will not be held responsible.

Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery can only be made by UPS Next Day Air. There is a
$10.00 service charge for Saturday delivery in addition to Overnight freight
charges. Should delivery on Saturday be required, your order must be
placed by telephone to assured proper coding of your packaging.
