CASTALDO LIQUACAST®
A 0% shrinkage RTV liquid molding rubber that makes stronger, tougher, longer-lasting production molds than other RTVs at a price below what you are accustomed to paying. LiquaCast® is easier to mix, easier to vacuum or debubble and easier to pour. LiquaCast® is safe, easy to use and reproduces the finest details.

LiquaCast is not a silicone. It will cure at room temperature (77°F/25°C) in 16 to 18 hours although 24 hours is best. It will cure more quickly in a conventional oven (2 hours at 150°/66°C). The mold, however, will not be as good.

Remember with LiquaCast, precise mixing is a must, but the results are worth it.

Note: Liquacast Ultra must be vacuumed on a table to remove bubbles from the compound.
